Position: Senior + Intermediate Civil Engineers Permanent + Initial 12 Month Contract / High Hourly Rate roles available

The Role: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Civil or Civil Engineer within our renowned Property and Buildings group. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to step into a leadership position, elevating both your skills and the esteemed reputation of our team. Collaborate with a diverse and talented group of professionals, contributing to iconic projects that shape future-ready outcomes, benefitting both our clients and communities.
As a Senior Civil or Civil Engineer in their team, you will: - Cultivate ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to technical and commercial standards, time constraints, and cost budgets.
- Play a hands-on role in design management and site surveillance.
- Mentor, delegate, and supervise the work of junior engineers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
- Work on prestigious projects in the Health, Education, and Defence sectors, contributing to your technical and commercial leadership experience.
Ideal candidates will have: - Proven Australian experience in civil engineering within the Property and Building space.
- Solid experience in civil engineering across multiple projects.
- Successful management of multiple projects concurrently, with exposure to large or complex brownfield projects.
- Experience in the Property and Building sector.
- Proficiency in delivering multiple projects of varying scales and sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions, and infrastructure/roads).
- Strong skills in client relationship management and project management, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Capability to lead, train, and mentor junior engineers in technical and project delivery aspects.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Preferred experience and knowledge of drainage software.
